Norma Furlong, President and Founder

Norma's extensive career in Tourism Services has demonstrated her comprehensive understanding of this rapidly growing industry. Creativity and attention to detail led to rapid advancement in positions within Mexicana Airlines (Mexico City), Mexico's National Council of Tourism (Chicago, IL) and Mexico's Secretary 0f Tourism (Los Angeles, CA), where she worked as Director of Incentives and Conventions for the USA and Canada markets.

Since 1990, Norma has worked exclusively in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico as Director of Sales for Grand Tourism Hotel properties. As an active participant in Vallarta’s tourism industry, she has an in-depth knowledge of the range of attractions and services of this destination. She was a founding partner of SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Executives) Mexico chapter, organized the first series of seminars “Mexico as an Incentive Destination”, and occupied the Vice Presidency for SITE Mexican Pacific chapter in 2007-2008.

In 2006-2008, she was the President of Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit DMC’s Association, ADAVPTUR (Asociación de Agencias de Viajes y Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos).
