Welcome Reception

Meet and Greet at the airport by our bilingual and uniformed personnel. We will have your group's logo on our welcome sign and provide assistance with your luggage. Ask about our VIP services.

Transportation

Fast and efficient transfers Airport-Hotel-Airport in air-conditioned motor coaches, vans, suburbans or cars.

Briefing

An informative and useful briefing will be given to our clients upon arrival about hotel services, general information about Puerto Vallarta, medical assistance, exchange rate, activities, etc. Should you choose, we can present your clients with welcome gifts and/or promotional items available through our Reflections of Mexico catalog.

Hospitality Desk

We offer Hospitality Desk Services to assist  participants with anything they may need while they are in Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita and surrounding areas. Our staff will also assist you in obtaining information about local activities, optional tours, restaurant reservations, community events, etc. They can also coordinate, reserve, and handle any special requests.
