To and From the Airport

Getting from and to the Airport can often be challenging. TUKARI DMC offers you services and information to help you start and finish your journey smoothly.

Important Arrival Information:

1.) Upon deplaning, you will proceed through Immigration Control where you will
present your Passport and Immigration Form (Mexican Tourist Card) handed out by your airline.
Please retain your Tourist Card, as you will need to present it upon your departure from Mexico.

2.) After Immigration, proceed to baggage claim.

3.) Together with your luggage, you will pass through Customs. In Customs you will be
subject to a random luggage inspection.

4.) Once you have cleared Customs, you will pass through two sets of sliding doors. Please ignore the time share vendors located at this area and proceed through the second set of doors where your Tukari representative, dressed in white polo shirt with the Tukari logo, will be waiting for you holding a sign with your group’s name or the Tukari logo.

5.) Once you made contact with us we will double check your travel information and provide you with a Welcome Package as well as the contact information of your personal Tukari Concierge.

6.) Finally we will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your pre-reserved vehicle
and provide you with the return transfer information.

Important Departure Information:

1.) It is important that you reconfirm with your Personal Tukari Concierge your return flight information. Please don’t miss your reunion with your Personal Tukari Concierge, scheduled upon your arrival, to confirm your return flight information and to receive helpful and important information for your stay.

2.) Standard Check out is between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Please ensure that you have settled any outstanding charges (telephone calls, room service, etc.) and returned your room keys to the front desk at least 15 minutes prior your pick-up time. Make sure not to leave anything in your room and, if you need assistance, to call bellboys to take care of your luggage.

3.) Your Tukari Transfer Representative will be waiting for you in the Lobby of the Hotel and
escort you to the vehicle.

4.) We program your pick-up times so that you arrive at least 2 1/2 hours before your scheduled
departure so that you will not have to make too long queues at the Airline.

5.) Upon Arrival at the Airport, please make sure that you do not leave anything in the vehicle
and proceed to your Airline counter with your ticket, passport and tourist card handy in your
carry-on luggage.

6.) All checked baggage will be physically inspected (No Scan-Machines available). Once you are checked in please proceed to the upper floor and go through the security gate,
where you will be inspected together with your carry-ons.

7.) The Airport counts with several restaurants and snack-bars, as well as some Duty Free shops.
